Weddings, Dinners & Birthday Parties!

We were out for dinner 5 days straight, with 5 different groups of people. Boy, are we ever blessed!! Now I'm ready to stay in for a couple days :)

July 5 we had Grandpa's birthday dinner at their house.

Aunty Lorna playing in the yard with D.

July 6 we went to Dave & Brittany's for a delectable steak dinner, and playing outside in their gorgeous yard!

Happy place!

One of their children came and jumped on the trampoline with Dom & I. It was just Dom's speed and he had a blast on there! Of course, a little timid to start though :)

July 7 we were invited to witness our friends Ashley & Brian get hitched up on Grouse Mountain! It was the most beautiful wedding! We brought Emilia along since she won't take a bottle, but she was a perfect guest and we had a really great time! It was a little chilly, but the views were breathtaking! I haven't gone up there in years!

I am realizing now we forgot to take a picture of Emilia in her adorable wedding outfit. Oh well! I am SO glad I brought my Beluga Baby wrap! It allowed Em to nap for almost 2 hours, and it kept both of us a little warmer :)

Seriously... this was the view from where they got married. Ridiculous!

The clouds look ominous, but we stayed dry!

A sit-down dinner! So fancy :)

Delicious salad with "little treats" (aka candied walnuts)

Heading home on the gondola. Stunning. JUST stunning.

Can see all the way to the states!

July 8 we skipped church, but went out to Katrina & Brayden's newest home in Abbotsford for dinner! It was lovely to hang out with them, and some of our other friends and their kids as well. They have an amazing back yard and we all spent the whole time out there!

Dom especially enjoyed the gravel-box.

We got our very own private Raffi concert from Henry. He is hysterical! I was very impressed by his rhythm and musical ability! He could play, sing, bounce and engage all at the same time.

The kids didn't want to play in the pool much, but the dads still hung out down there. They knew the kids would come find the moms up on the deck and bug us the whole time.

We feel so lucky to have all these wonderful friends and families to spend time with.
