Thankful Thursday - 65

This week I'm grateful for...

1. A few days of gorgeous weather. Okay maybe this one should have been for last week, as it feels like this week is all rain and gloom. But I enjoyed it while it lasted!

2. Butternut squash soup. This one is actually being grateful for our anniversary celebration and marriage and all that great stuff, but we happened to go to Cactus Club in Langley on our anniversary and they had the soup I'd been craving since May! If you haven't had it there, I'd HIGHLY recommend it!!

Appetizer size, but I could drink/eat a whole vat of this stuff! Yum yum!! They just recently had it added to the Langley menu. I'd only been able to find it at Coal Harbour before this.

On our way out to our maternity photos on our anniversary

3. David, the baby-whisperer. Okay, so Eli is the easiest baby ever (when we see him anyway), but he slept in David's arms the whole church service last week. So sweet! I also love seeing David take initiative and help out with kids and babies where he can... good practice dear!

Baby Fever!! Amy & Brent's baby Eli is just over 6 weeks old in this picture.

Bonus picture of Sherlock being cute in his new (to us) soft-sided crate! He is now in there any time we are eating. He also ventures in there on his own from time-to-time for a little rest. Such a den creature! <3
