Thankful Thursday - 81

Dominic is thankful this week too! Above photo was taken as I ate my toast. He LOOOOOVES watching me eat! You can see Sherlock does as well.

This week I'm thankful for...

1. David. Dave has been an incredible partner for me in the 9.5 years we've been together. We celebrated his 26th birthday this week. Much more low key than last year's Casino Royale Party! We went to church, then to his parents for a fun fancy brunch! I took pictures on the camera, but forgot the camera there :(. In the evening Dave and I went to Cactus for dinner. YUM! Scott and Courtney came over after  so the boys could play Star Wars Risk (yup... it's a thing). 

I am so grateful to have this man as my husband and father to our son.

2. Visiting. At this point I get out of the house every day of the week. Either for a visit with a friend one of the many baby groups I go to, dinner out, either of our parents', a walk, etc. This is important for my mental health I think.

3. My good luck charm. A little premature for St. Patrick's Day, but who could resist this little leprechaun?! 

Confession. Thankful Thursday has just become a way for me to unload some of the pictures from the week. I should try be more intentional throughout the week of noticing things instead of going back and looking at my photos and thinking, "Hmm... how can I twist that?!" Haha! Not that any of these things aren't true!
